Greetings Parents,
Thank you for selecting St. Barnabas Parish Camp for your child! This summer promises to be an exciting and engaging experience for all those involved. We hope that you are all enjoying the first days of summer and that you and your children are looking forward to summer camp - I know we are!
In order to finalize our preparations for camp, we are in need of some final information from you regarding your child(ren). Please reply back to this e-mail with the necessary information as soon as possible.
The following information is needed for your camper: St. Barnabas Camp Contact and Medical Form (attached): Please sign and return Page 1 no later than the first day of camp. Please print and return Page 2 no later than July 14th, or your child's first day of camp if starting after Week 1.
Please be aware that: In order to best serve the needs of all of our campers, we have decided that we will be maintaining a NUT FREE enviornment at camp this summer. DO NOT send your child in with any peanut or nut products for lunch. Also, please take the time to explain to your child that he or she is NOT to share any food with any other children.
Remember that all campers must bring their own lunch each day. All lunches must be labled with your child's name. We will not have the cafeteria lunch services available this summer. We will have some room available for refrigeration, so please make a note on your child's lunch each day if it needs to be refrigerated. Also, be aware that all campers should bring a covered water bottle with them each day, also to be labeled with the camper's name. There will be water stations set up throughout the building that your child can refill their bottles from.
The final balance is due no later than the first week of camp to Mrs. Vedral in the Main Office of the Elementary School. A seperate e-mail will be sent to you shortly to confirm the length and weeks of your child's attendance.
